CSB functions in a very collaborative manner where all the members take up their favorite activity and lead that. Each leader has a team of super enthusiastic volunteers who run the show.These different teams make CSB a great success.Due to the nature of any volunteer based organization, a lot of the activities expand or shrink based on the circumstances and individuals leading it. • Academic Coordination: (Ankit Ashok, 2005)
  • Arrange talks/seminars/workshops from varied fields for the junior members of Chinmaya family
  • Arrangement of academic resources for the CSB scholars
  • Maintain post 12th class career related info

• Activity Coordinator: (Manisha Chawda, 2000 batch)
  • Initiating and maintaining various activity frontiers.
  • Bridge the CSB members and the School authorities.

• Magnet Group (Ishaan Anand, 2008 batch; Hrishikesh Chawda 1998 batch)
  • Maintaining data base of members and participants
  • Reaching out to the alumni community and seeking their support for CSB.

• Mentors ( Hrishikesh Chawda, Ishaan Anand, Madhurima Das, Saurav Guhakarta, Amrendra Narayan and Manisha Chawda) Each Vidya Vritti recipient has an alumni mentor who talks to the student once or twice a month to provide a moral support system for the student) We need four mentors every year.

• Resource Mobilization (Amrendra Narayan, 2000 batch; Manisha Chawda, 2000 batch)
  • estimate and track our financial commitments
  • mobilize necessary financial resources for CSB activities

• Treasurer (Amrendra Narayan, 2000 batch)
• managing CSB bank account currently maintained in HDFC bank
• ensuring transparency in financial transactions
• keeping an updated list of contributors
• sending bank statement each month to all contributors

• Kadiyaan coordinator (Avinash Chandra)
  • Kadiyaan is a series of get togethers for the alumni in various cities in India.
  • It is an effort to reconnect, network and cherish the good old school days.

• Web-Management (Amrendra Narayan and Manisha Chawda, 2000 batch)
  • manage our online presence through blog and facebook page.
