The applicant can do anyone of the following things

1. Fill the online form at https://goo.gl/forms/Uvhs3FFSYrfEvbDi1 (preferred)
2. physically go to school and submit a paper application to the office of the principal (Dr. Ashok Singh)
3. personally meet one of the CSB coordinators in school (Sri Sanjeeo Kumar Mishra or Ms. Chinmoyee Ojha).
4. send an email to alumni.chinmaya@gmail.com either directly by the applicant or through someone on behalf of the applicant.

The application should present an adequate case of why he/she should be considered for the scholarship along with address and contact information. Please include a phone number on which the applicant or his/her guardian could be reached.
