Hari OM Students,

Congratulations for being the top 20-25 students in the written test conducted for all schools in the Bokaro district from among all applicants of this scholarship. On the interview day, after the interview and document verification, you will be given Rs 200 as travelling allowance. 

Following are the instructions for the candidate:

1. It is mandatory to bring the interview invitation letter that has the declaration from the parents and principal about the family income.
2. Every candidate should come with 
   1. Identity card (School ID or Aadhaar card)
   2. Interview Invitation letter with everything duly filled and authorised
3. The student should not come in their school uniform for this interview
4. You can bring one parent with you when necessary.
5. If the student belongs to underprivileged sections, they may bring Government issued documents like Ration card, Ayushman card, BPL card, Suvidha card etc
6. You can come a little before the assigned time slot to the venue 
7. After your arrival at the venue, your documents will be verified at “Desk-1”
8. After document verification, the bottom part of the interview invitation letter (gate pass) will be given to you by Desk-1
9. You along with your parents will be seated in an ‘Interview Waiting Hall’ to wait for your turn of the interview. 
10. You will be called in, as per your interview slot and roll number
11. After exiting the interview chamber, you have to surrender your gate pass to desk-2, where you will receive ₹ 200 in cash as travelling allowance.
12. You are not allowed to go back to the interview waiting hall
