The applicant can do anyone of the following things

1. Fill the online form at https://goo.gl/forms/Uvhs3FFSYrfEvbDi1 (preferred)
2. physically go to school and submit a paper application to the office of the principal.
3. personally meet one of the CSB coordinators in school (Sri Sanjeeo Kumar Mishra).
4. send an email to alumni.chinmaya@gmail.com either directly by the applicant or through someone on behalf of the applicant.

The application should present an adequate case of why he/she should be considered for the scholarship along with address and contact information. Please include a phone number on which the applicant or his/her guardian could be reached.
